Our Process

Projects move quickly, but not at the cost of communication or clarity.

READY TO RESERVE?   Skip to the FAQs

20 years experience, no agency overhead.

We provide support to DIYers and build websites, Shopify shops, and apps for people and businesses that want momentum instead of meetings. The work is delivered by the same person who scopes it, so nothing gets translated through account managers or pulled across handovers.

AI is used to accelerate every part of delivery — boilerplate, scaffolding, content drafts — but every shipped output is shaped and reviewed by senior judgement. That's the trade you're paying for: speed without slop.

Not a business and just need help/advice? We've got your back, reach out for some advice.

Common Questions

Communication: what should a client expect?

Expect short, focused updates rather than long status calls. Most communication happens in writing so progress and decisions are easy to follow back through.

Timing: what can affect it?

A few things can slow a project down even when capacity is clear:

  • Waiting on copy, images, or access to existing systems.
  • Late changes in scope once a slot is already in motion.
  • Decision delays during the review and feedback step.
Speed: what helps work move faster?

Having content, brand assets, and platform access ready before the slot starts is the single biggest factor. Clear answers in the questionnaire and quick review turnaround keep things moving without rushing the work itself.

Launch: what to expect?

The final output is deployed to your live environment (or other preferred environment) with a clean handover. If you've purchased one of our packages, you'll also have access to a few hours of post-launch support for questions and changes.

Support: what if something breaks?

Our packages come with a limited number of hours for support. If something breaks, we'll use these hours to fix the issue. We offer subscriptions for ongoing support or you can buy additional ad-hoc hours.

CMS: what CMS do you recommend?

For most brochure sites, landing pages, and content-led builds, we usually recommend statically generated or lightweight custom setups over a traditional CMS. That keeps things faster, safer, and cheaper to maintain. If a client genuinely needs an editor-friendly CMS, we'll recommend the simplest option that matches the workflow rather than dropping in WordPress by default.

CRM: what CRM do you recommend?

Klaviyo and HubSpot are usually the safest recommendations because they handle forms, automations, and reporting without a huge setup burden. If the business already has a sales process or team structure in place, we'll suggest a CRM that fits that process instead of forcing a trendy tool into the stack.

Hosting: what hosting do you recommend?

It depends on the build. Static sites usually belong on simple edge hosting like Cloudflare Pages, Shopify shops should stay on Shopify, and custom apps often fit platforms like Cloudflare, Vercel, or a managed VPS. The recommendation is always based on reliability, cost, and how easy it will be for the site to stay maintained after launch.

AI: what AI tools do you recommend?

We treat AI tools as assistants, not replacements for judgement. For copy drafts, research support, and internal workflow acceleration, tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot can all be useful in the right hands. The better question is which tools suit your team and where human review still needs to stay in the loop. Book us for an hour and we'll help review your current setup.

ADVICE: Need guidance or something you've not seen offered?

Get in touch! We're an agency, we only say no to projects that don't align with our expertise or values. You can find our email or book an advice call here.

Choice: why don't you support wordpress and woocommerce?

Both provide users with a lot of flexibility and control, but they also are a frequent target for attacks and come with significant maintenance overhead. We focus on platforms that allow us to deliver high-quality, efficiently maintainable solutions.

WTF: why are all the customer quotes faked?

Our service is 'NDA' by default - we're not going to brag about your project unless you really want us to (and we'd do that on social media).
