Build a fake-door lab that can generate a test landing page, track interest, and help kill weak ideas earlier.
Status
We built the rough assembly line and proved the pages could be spun up quickly. The analytics story still needs a calmer brain than we had this week.
Problems Faced
- AI is excellent at the visible page and less reliable at clean measurement design.
- It is easy to accidentally build a mini CMS while chasing convenience.
Techniques That Helped
- Keep the first version static where possible.
- Separate launch speed from reporting ambition.
Lessons Learned
Validation tooling should feel disposable. If it feels precious, it is already getting too heavy.
